Conference FeeAs for the past five years there will be no fixed conference fee for this years New Dawn Conference. However we still have to meet enormous bills without any alternative source of income. We have no generous sponsors; no philanthropists paying the bills - they all have to paid from the donations of those attending. We are therefore requesting you to freely contribute towards our costs according to your means. We need an average of £85 for adults and £30 for under 21's, but we ask that those who can afford more pay more, so that those who cannot afford this can pay less, and we can then still pay the bills. It costs over £135,000 to put on the conference. This covers all the things you can see on site - hire of the fields, marquees, sound and lighting equipment, staging, chairs, administration cabins; as well as things you cannot see such as water pipes & electric cabling. Then there are the speakers costs, administration, publicity and much more. |
Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation to go further. This means that £10 can be turned into 12.80 just so long as donations are made through Gift Aid. To qualify for Gift Aid, what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must equal at least the amount we will claim in the tax year., currently 28p for every £1 you donate. If you can help us in this way, please ring and ask us to send you a Gift Aid form. There is also form on the back of the Registration Form |
