Camping![]()
We provide camping facilities at the conference site. These are fields hired from the local farmer. We do provide hot showers and toilets, but this is not a permanent camp site. There is no hard standing, and no electric hookup. Please note - over the past few years camping has become very popular as well as a cheap(and fun) way to stay at the conference. It is now necessary to book for the Family Camp in advance in order to guarantee a pitch. Family CampThere will be a field reserved for the "Family Camp" for tents and caravans situated near the conference site. Tents will not be provided. It will be possible to gain access to the site from 11.00 am on Saturday 2nd August, although we do not guarantee the showers & toilets will be available until the Conference starts on Monday. There will be no access before 11.00 am. The costs for the week are:- Adults: £35.00, Ages 5 - 15 £10.00, Under 5's free. Price includes breakfast (Tue - Sat). There is a 1.00 am curfew on the young adults camp.
