From the North East

Take A1 south and follow "From The North West" below at step 3

From The North West

1. Take the M62 across the Penines
2. At junction 23 (near Pontefract) go south on the A1
3. Near Newark take A17 signed to Sleaford & Kings Lynn
4. At Kings Lynn take A148 to Cromer
5. This brings you to a roundabout just before Fakenham.
6. At the roundabout turn left (still A148) signed to Walsingham.

From The South

Various routes are possible:
A. Take the A1065 up from Newmarket to the roundabout near Fakenham, then go straight over (A148) signed Walsingham

B. Take the A10 to Kings Lynn and then join the route above at step 4

Car Parking

Ample space is set aside in a field for parking. ALL pilgrims are asked to use this area. Please do not use the Shrine car park as this is reserved for non-New Dawn visitors

Disabled Parking

There is limited disabled parking available on the field near the main site. This is only for unaccompanied disabled drivers who are unable to walk. A drop off area is available for disabled passengers. Apply for a pass on-site.

Please remember that space is extremely limited and you could be depriving someone worse off .
