We have a team of non-residential co-workers who help us with all the tasks that have to be done to organise the Conference. Some come just at the very busy times before and after New Dawn, and others come regularly throughout the year. The regular team all have their own responsibilities, but as the Conference approaches, anyone may find themselves dealing with registration forms, packing boxes, answering the phone - or cooking meals for whoever is in the house on that day.
