We provide family camping facilities at the conference site.  These fields are hired from the local farmer.  We do provide toilets, washroom facilities and hot showers, but this is not a permanent camp site; therefore there is no hard standing and no electric hookup.  The family camp can accommodate tents and caravans. Tents and other camping equipment are not provided.

The Family Camp is available for six nights; from Sunday night through to Saturday morning.  Over the past few years camping has become very popular, as well as an economical and fun way to stay at the Conference.

It will not be possible for you to gain access to the camp site before 12 noon on Sunday 31st July.  Please arrive from this time onwards.

It is now essential to book for the Family Camp in advance in order to guarantee a pitch.

The costs for the week are:-
Adults: £6 per person per night,
Ages 5 - 15: £2 per child per night,
Under 5's: free.
Prices include breakfast (Mon - Sat).

Breakfast for the Family Camp will now be served at the catering area on the main field each day.

Breakfast for registered campers is available from Monday to Saturday, between 7.15am and 8.30am.  It is essential that you bring your name badge with you to breakfast.

The saving of pitches for family/friends cannot be accommodated.  There can be no exceptions to this and we request that this decision be respected by all campers.

Parking of vehicles cannot be permitted on the Family Camp field.  Vehicles are only allowed onto the camping field briefly for unloading and loading purposes.  You will be advised of the appropriate parking facilities for the family camp upon arrival.
