Can I come for just one day?
Yes, although we would like you to come for more.
How much does it
cost?
There is no fixed Conference fee but ask for a donation
according to means. But please remember we have huge costs to meet and ask you
to be generous.
What is the limit on numbers for the
Conference?
There is no limit. We will accommodate as many as
will come. 
Can I register when I
arrive?
Yes, but we have limited facilities for this and ask you
to pre-register if possible. Registration forms should arrive at St. Emilies by
Monday 14th July. On-site registration starts at 11.00 am on the Monday.
Do I have to buy New Dawn meal
tickets?
No, you can make your own arrangements.
Can I buy individual meal
tickets?
Yes, but please make clear which days and meals (lunch
or dinner) you require.
Can you cater for special
diets?
Our caterer is experienced in providing meals for those
with special needs (e.g. coeliacs) but we must know in advance.
When can I get onto the camp
site?
It is possible to get access to the camp site from Saturday
28th at 12.00 but please bear in mind we are still setting up the site and
showers and toilets may not be available on the site until the Conference
starts on Monday.
Must I pre-register for
camping?
Last year we obtained a larger field for camping. However we cannot guarantee space for thos that do not pre-register
I'm under 18. Can I camp on my
own??
There are special rules concerning 16-18's who are not
camping with their parents -
Can I book a particular pitch on the
site?
No. When you arrive you will be directed to the next
available suitable space by the camp organisers.
But I want to camp with my friends who
are arriving later!
In that case, when you arrive, please let the
camp organisers know and they will try and reserve space where they site
you.
Can I plug in my electric rollers/phone
charger/etc.?
No, this is a farmer's field not a permanent camp
site. Electricity is only supplied for Conference needs.
My husband/wife/friend etc.can't come to
the Conference but wants to come before hand to help set up my tent/deliver the
caravan. Do they need to register?
They only need to register if
they will be on-site during the Conference itself (Monday afternoon - Saturday
lunchtime). |
