Catering
We have excellent catering facilities at the Conference site. Tokens for lunches and evening meals are available to purchase in advance or on-site.
The conference catering facility commences with evening meal on Monday and ends at lunchtime on Saturday. There are ten meals available over the course of the conference, costing £4.50 per meal for adults & children aged 9 or over, and £1.00 per meal for children aged 8 and under.
We operate a token system and you will receive 1 token per meal purchased. Meals will be distributed in exchange for tokens. Meals cannot be served without a token. If you register in advance you will receive your tokens in your registration pack upon arrival at the conference.
In addition, there is a shop on site where tea, coffee, cold drinks, sandwiches and other snacks may be purchased at breaks and meal times. The site shop also offers a wide range of everyday essentials; such as bread, milk, toiletries and much more.
Each evening hot snacks, soup, hotdogs, jacket potatoes, burgers and chips will be available to purchase from the mobile catering unit.
On the day of the Procession and Priory Mass, can I have lunch in the village of Little Walsingham instead?
Yes, there are many places in Little Walsingham to eat, but it can be very busy on the day of the Priory Mass, and people often struggle to get a meal in the village on this day. Elmham House (formerly the Pilgrims' Bureau) have a large capacity dining hall and are especially preparing a two-course meal, plus tea and coffee, after the Priory Mass on this day. The cost of this will be £7.65 and is payable directly to Elmham House. Please contact them directly if you wish to book this: 01328 820217.
Please remember to cancel and get a refund of your New Dawn meal voucher for Wednesday lunch in advance if you wish to eat in the village, or omit the Wednesday lunch meal when filling in the registration form.
