Tuesday

Summary:

The Lord is pouring abundant blessing on us and doing remarkable things.

He is breaking shackles and setting us free.

He is raising his people up and He is transforming us to minister in him.

As we minister in him his light will shine out of us because it will be as a result of his work in us. This light will set the world ablaze.

We are invited to draw near without fear to his throne of grace, to allow His light to shine in us and search us so that he can do this work in us.

Song:

LORD, THE LIGHT OF YOUR LOVE is shining,

In the midst of the darkness, shining;

Jesus, Light of the world, shine upon us,

Set us free by the truth You now bring us,

Shine on me, shine on me.

Shine, Jesus, shine,

Fill this land with the Father’s glory;

Blaze, Spirit, blaze,

Set our hearts on fire.

Flow, river, flow,

Flood the nations with grace and mercy;

Send forth Your word,

Lord, and let there be light.

Lord, I come to Your awesome presence,

From the shadows into Your radiance;

By the blood I may enter Your brightness,

Search me, try me, consume all my darkness.

Shine on me, shine on me.

As we gaze on Your kingly brightness

So our faces display Your likeness.

Ever changing from glory to glory,

Mirrored here may our lives tell Your story.

Shine on me, shine on me.

In the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life and that life was the light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.

                                                                                                            John 1:1- 5

Jesus is standing on a hilltop showering his blessings.

The Lord is raising up his people, showering gifting, graces, ministries and offices on his people for works of service                                    (c.f. Ephesians 4: 10 – 16)

Reading: The Transfiguration                                                             Matthew 17

With great love and care, like a master craftsman working on his creation, the Lord is bringing out our true selves, who we are in him, each with our own unique gifting which he has put into us. The quality of HIS work in us will glorify HIM

“I am opening up the floodgates of heaven.”

The Lord is giving many graces to strengthen us so that we will not waver. God is not restrictive in his giving. He continuously gives lavishly, abundantly, wastefully, holding nothing back.

The Lord is sending great rays of light into the tent, showering blessings transforming us so that we might shine with his light. As we receive God’s graces he will release us into his ministries and so we shall shine with his light, setting the world ablaze as we are who he creates us to be.

Open wide your whole self to receive ALL that the Lord wants to give you.

The Lord is going to do remarkable things such that people will remark on these things saying,

‘Look what the Lord has done.’

The Lord is breaking shackles

Take the Shackles off my feet so I can dance,

I just want to praise you, I just want to praise you

You broke the chains so I can lift my hands,

I just want to praise you, I just want to praise you.

The Lord is breaking chains so that we may come into our calling and set the world ablaze as we are who he called us to be.

Picture: The Lord breaking the yoke of slavery and heavy loads from us and giving us a song in our hearts.

I have come to set the captives free                                               (c.f. Luke 4: 18 – 19)

(The spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor, He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favour.)

Now is the time I am going to release you, build you up, and set you free from all that binds you.

We are invited to respond to the blessings that the Lord is pouring out on us in a personal way so that he will break the shackles and set us free and bring us into the calling he has for each of us.

‘May I have your permission to enter your hearts in a new way today?’

We say, “Yes Lord.”

Jesus is our high priest. In him we HAVE NO FEAR of drawing near to the throne of Grace

Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathise with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are- yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.                                          (Hebrews 4: 14 –16)

‘But you have come to mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the Living God. You have come to Thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the Church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the judge of all men, to the spirits of righteous men made prefect, to Jesus the mediator of a new Covenant, and to the Sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.                                                                          (Hebrews 12:22-24)

Our response may include fearless repentance to break shackles.

If My people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land                   (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Prayer: Holy Spirit please shine your light into us, so that without fear, we may allow you to set us free from anything that binds us.

Wednesday

Wednesday

Prophecies from Morning Intercessions.

Summary

Jesus is lifted up on his throne. As we Worship him and declare that he is Lord the spiritual forces have to bow down and yield to him.

The Lord is doing a work of restoration – making all things new.

We need to be strong and courageous and stand firm as we allow him to do his work in us.

As we yield to him without fear of his love he will bring us to rest and union in him.

This is the day to receive His love. Jesus is all we need.

The Lord rejoices over us in coming to seek him in the morning.

JESUS IS LORD

We were led to lift Jesus up, to enthrone him, to lift up the name of Jesus

Picture: Jesus seated on His throne with a strong, powerful river of blessings flowing out from underneath.

As we lifted Jesus up in our praise, rivers of blessings were flowing out on the conference.

Song: Majesty

MAJESTY, worship His majesty,

Unto Jesus be glory, honour and praise.

Majesty, kingdom authority,

Flow from His throne unto His own,

His anthem raise.

So exalt, lift up on high the name of Jesus,

Magnify, come glorify Christ Jesus the King.

Majesty, worship His majesty,

Jesus who died, now glorified,

King of all kings.

Today we will see the Lord’s authority flow from his throne.

By lifting Jesus up his authority and power is released to scatter and shatter the spiritual strongholds of the air.

‘For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

                                                                                                Ephesians 6: 12

We were led to declare Jesus as Lord over the conference and to declare the Lordship of Jesus to the spiritual powers and to declare that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord.

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.                                                                             Philippians 2: 10 –11

As we did this spiritual powers yielded to the truth and gave way to the Lordship of Jesus over the conference. As we praised, mighty warrior angel wielding swords, were fighting.

Jesus blew on the conference and set it alight with the power of the Spirit.

The Lord is blowing a fresh wind on us today.

Picture:  3 gardens.

The first garden was chained and locked up with a ‘NO ENTRY sign there were weeds and briars.

The second garden: The Lord walks in with us and asks our permission to work in the garden

The third garden: The Lord had a smile. The soul handed over a trowel to the Lord. The soul winced as he worked. As the Lord worked, it seemed as if the garden became bare. But after some rain and sun the final garden was full of flowers.

Interpretation: We can choose either to lock the Lord out of our souls or let him in but not give him permission to work OR we can let him in an let him take control and transform us even if it is painful sometimes.

God is a God of restoration and makes all things new.

The Lord will call you back as if you were a wife deserted and distressed in spirit – a wife, who married young, only to be rejected, says your God. For a brief moment I abandoned you, but with deep compassion I will bring you back. In a surge of anger I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting kindness I will have compassion on you says the Lord your redeemer                               Isaiah 54: 6 –8

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!

                                                                                                Isaiah 43; 18 – 19a

Behold I will create a new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I will create, for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight and its people a joy. I will rejoice over Jerusalem and take delight in my people.     Isaiah 65: 17 – 19a

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the holy city, the New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride, beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying.” Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God…He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!”.”                                    (1st reading today ~Rev 21: 1 – 3,5)

We are entering into the new thing. We are on the boarders of a new thing. The Lord is saying,

‘Be strong and courageous.’

‘Be strong and very courageous’

‘Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.’      Joshua 1: 6,7,9

The Lord’s Shekinah Glory, like a gold honey coloured cloud, is wanting to flow through us but is waiting for us to say yes and to yield to him.

The Lord is breaking the fear of receiving his love, the fear that he does not love us. This is a lie from the father of lies, but we have a Father of Truth who says, “ You are my beloved child, with whom I am well pleased. I rejoice over you. I take great pleasure in you.

Song: Be Not Afraid, I go before you always. Come follow me and I will give you rest.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the Shadow of the Almighty.                                                                           Psalm 91:1

The Lord is drawing us into union with him. His perfect love is casting out all our fear. He is bathing us in his love.

In the following song we responded to God’s love by receiving it.

Song: Jesus, my strength.

Jesus, my Strength,

My hope in everything.

Jesus, my peace

My joy, You I need.

No one is greater, no wisdom wiser

No power is mightier than you.

No one is lovelier, no kindness kinder

No calling higher than you.

Today is the day to receive God’s love.

His love is sacred, gentle and tender. It takes away our brokenness. He is a perfect gardener who knows what each of us needs.

Therefore, since we are surrounded be such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance, the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus the author and perfector of our faith…My son do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines those he loves…Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons.                        Heb 12: 1 –2, 5 – 7

We pray that our own resistance is broken down.

God is showering us with his love.

If we, who are few, respond to God’s love it is all he needs to re-establish his people.

Prophetic dance.

Through prophetic dance the Lord was dispelling the darkness. As one person stepped out in faith and confidence in God’s love for him overcoming his fear, the Lord broke the darkness of fear in others who were released into dance too.

The Lord is rising up like the sun with healing in his rays, dispelling all the darkness with rays pouring down on this conference.

REACHING OUT

In receiving God’s love we will reach out to others.

Picture: Boat with Holy Father at the helm; separated brethren coming on board. Also many have shipwrecked their souls. Many are drowning. Will you be my helpline? I commission you. I appoint you my people.

Vision: the Lord is scooping up all little things and blowing over them and wanting to bring them into one fire.

My people I weep for the world, a world that will not receive my love. I rejoice over you, receive my love and turn the world back to love.

Song: Rejoice, Rejoice.

REJOICE! Rejoice!

Christ is in you,

The hope of glory

In our hearts.

He lives! He lives!

His breath is in you,

Arise a mighty army,

We arise.

Now is the time for us

To march upon the land,

Into our hands

He will give the ground we claim.

He rides in majesty

To lead us into victory,

The world shall see

That Christ is Lord!

God is at work in us

His purpose to perform,

Building a kingdom

Of power not of words,

Where things impossible,

By faith shall be made possible;

Let’s give the glory

To Him now.

Though we are weak, His grace

Is everything we need?

We’re made of clay

But this treasure is within.

He turns our weaknesses

Into His opportunities,

So that the glory

Goes to Him.

Thursday

Prophecies from Morning Intercessions.

Summary

Lift Up the Name of Jesus –

When I am lifted up I will draw all men to myself

The Lord is bringing unity in his body and drawing ALL PEOPLE to himself and healing our individual and corporate wounds.

His Love is pouring out on us. We are to impart this love to others.

This is the day of BREAKTHROUGH so that we can BREAKOUT

Be encouraged to use the gifts of the Spirit in church and in the world because as you do Jesus acts with his authority

Lifting up the Name of Jesus

We were led to lift up the name of Jesus over every area of the conference.

Truly, God is my salvation, I trust, I shall not fear. For the Lord is my strength, my song, he is my saviour.

With joy you will draw water from the well of salvation.

Give thanks to the Lord, give praise to his name!

Make his mighty deeds known to the peoples.

Declare the greatness of his name, sing a psalm to the Lord!

For he has done glorious deeds; make them known to all the earth.

People of Sion, sing and shout for joy for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.                                                                                                 Isaiah 12: 2-6

Song:

Lord, I lift Your name on high;

Lord, I love to sing Your praises.

I’m so glad You’re in my life;

I’m so glad You came to save us.

You came from heaven to earth to show the way,

From the earth to the cross,

My debt to pay.

From the cross to the grave,

From the grave to the sky,

Lord, I lift Your name on high.

‘BY THIS SIGN (of the Cross)YOU SHALL CONQUER’

Jesus said,” When I am lifted up I will draw all men to myself.’        John12: 32

Song:

Lift Jesus higher, Lift Jesus higher,

Lift him up for the world to see.

He said,” When I be lifted up from the earth I will draw all men unto me.”

We bow down before the king. We pay homage to our king.

We bow down with our minds, spirit, body, emotions and will.

Every knee shall l bow down before the king.

Jesus is the King

There is no other king.

I want everyone in this room to know that I am king of the world and of the universe and that nothing can nor will stop me.

In our capacity as the royal priesthood we were led to bring everything in the conference to bow down before Jesus today.

Through this we join with Jesus in his High Priesthood as he stands at the right hand of the Father – the place of power – the place where things happen!

UNITY

Let the love of God, which surpasses all understanding, reign in your hearts. The Lord loves us with an overwhelming love. Let his love flow from you to others like a river

You are carriers of his presence

The Lord is binding us together in love.

Picture: A net. Jesus is mending the holes. (This is healing divisions)

My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.  I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them, even as you have loved me.                                  Jn17: 20 – 23

Picture: Tongues of fire (God’s love)

Picture: Nets and fishermen.

The Lord is leading us to be fishers of men.  (c.f. Peter- leave me Lord for I am a sinful man, Jesus said,’ Do not be afraid, from now on I will make you a fisher of men.’                                             Luke 5: 8b, 10b

This theme about nets and fish was confirmed

This ties in with the unity theme in that God is drawing ALL HUMANITY to himself through Jesus and he has called us to partake in this work.

He has let us know the mystery of his purpose, according to his good pleasure which he determined beforehand in Christ, for him to act upon in the fullness of time; that he would bring everything together under Christ, as head, everything in the heavens and everything on earth.           Ephesians 1: 9 – 10

The Lord led us to prophetically impart his love over the conference by throwing out our nets. As we did this, the Lord was breaking resistance, apathy, chains, depression and people were turning around to the Lord today.

Seek to live, knowing no other desire than to express me and show my love to the world.

The nets should be brought to Jesus. Everyone in the net is a treasure to him. His heart is for them.

There will be more rejoicing over one sinner who repents than over 99 righteous persons who do not need to repent                                  Luke 15: 7

More on unity

The nets – which represents the body of Christ – Christians – is being mended (unity and healing) so as a church we can bring these fish in.

Jesus is healing the wounds of his body, the church.

Picture:  A golden bowl filled with is precious blood.

Take this bowl of his mercy and pour it out as you leave the conference.

‘I am going to bring my servant; the branch…and I will remove the sin of this land in a singe day.  In that day each of you will invite his neighbour to sit under his vine and fig tree, declares the Lord Almighty.’

                                                                                    Zechariah 2: 8b, 9b – 10

How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity

It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aarons’s beard, down upon the collar of his robes….

For there the Lord bestows his blessing, life for evermore.      Psalm 133

Breakthrough and Breakout.

Today is the day of breakthrough

Here is saying you can rely on,’ Buds breakout in the Sun, so shall you open to me as I spread my wings over you and cover you with my shadow.’

Picture: The parting of the Red Sea.

The Lord is parting the way before us to move into all that he has prepared for us.

‘I will make a way where there is no other way.’

When we breakthrough, keep living under the Lordship of Jesus, so that we inherit the Land and ALL God’s blessings.

Encouragement To Use The Gifts.

The Lord wants us to use the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

The Lord wants us to use these gifts both in church and in the world. They are for the up building of the church

It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers., to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God…                                                                                                Ephesians 4: 11 – 13

This was confirmed that the Lord wants to release each and everyone of us in the gifts.

Be encouraged to follow the prompting of the Spirit and persevere.

.

Picture: A Massive wooden door, which was opened by a key as we praised the Name of the Lord.

In the context of the session, this picture was saying that the gifts were released as we praised Jesus and that in when the Lord works through us in this way them his authority is at work.

There then followed a time of many people sharing what the Lord was giving in confirmation.

Friday

Friday

Prophecies from Morning Intercessions.

Summary

Freedom. The Lord has given us freedom. We can walk in it.

Into your hands I give the ground on which you stand.

In the Spirit we claimed the ‘ground’ of various aspects in our lives and stood on it to bring the Lord’s victory.

The Lord is mighty and powerful and nothing is too difficult for him.

He released a special gift of faith today for our intercession.

God revealed his Gentleness and Fatherliness – He is strong, powerful, reliable, protective and gentle.

We are encouraged to continue to walk in this faith in Our Father, confident in his love.

The Lord is healing the ‘father wound’ that we all have so that we bring the Father’s love to others

Freedom

You are free. Walk in the freedom of the children of God. The prison doors are open. You can walk our and live in the freedom I have given you.

Song

He set me free today, He set me free,

He broke the bonds of prison for me,

I’ll glorify him eternally,

Praise the Lord, He set me free.

He set me free today, He set me free,

He broke the bonds of prison for me,

Come glorify my Jesus with me,

Praise the Lord, He set me free.

In the first stage of our intercession for the conference the Lord revealed his power and strength. Through a release of faith in this we were led to apply it to the needs of the conference.

We also had a strong sense today of the Lord seeing and enjoying us as His children.

So Jehoiachian put aside his prison clothes and for the rest of his life ate regularly at the king’s table.                                                 Jeremiah 52: 33

Claiming The Land  - The Victory is the Lord’s

The Lord released faith for his victory.

Put on your marching boots, march on the Land of our lives and claim the Lord’s victory.

The Lord is declaring his victory over sickness and infirmity.

He has set us free – what a mighty God we serve.

Nothing is too difficult for me

We declared this victory over the conference and spoke this work of liberty over the conference. Jesus has conquered all.

The name of the Lord is a STRONG Tower

Never limit my power in your life.

As people were released in dance before the Lord he showed us that this dance was an intercession for our bodies. He was consecrating our bodies to himself. He was taking all those things, which manifest themselves as afflictions in our bodies, and breaking them off us.

He was breaking addictions, purifying eyes, freeing from food addictions and sicknesses.

(This is another aspect of the freedom he has given us.)

I am a father who is strong, powerful, reliable, protective and gentle. You can trust in me completely.

The Gentleness of God

The Father’s love is so wonderful. He is inviting us to come and sit on his knees as little children. He wants us all to know his gentle love.

I love you ALL, you are ALL my children.

The Father is asking us to walk in faith, believing in his gentle fatherly love every day.

Song: (This expressed the call to walk in faith)

v1

I have decided to follow Jesus,

I have decided to follow Jesus,

I have decided to follow Jesus,

No turning back.

No turning back.

V2. The cross before me the world behind me. etc

The Lord is encouraging us to walk in faith – no turning back – so that we keep walking in all that he has given us of his love. In this way we apply what he has ‘taught’ us here.

As you have become children this week, keep going as my Children.

Walk in faith as little children confident in the Father’s love.

Do not worry about the way before you. I am the expert. I have made a safe passage for you.

The Holy Spirit will continue to confirm in us the Fatherhood of God.

Song:

Then sings my soul. My Father God to thee,

How great thou art.

Healing the Father Wound

Let the Father embrace you now.

So he (the prodigal son) got up and went to his father.

But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him     and kissed him.        The Lord is healing the Father wound that we all carry. This was particularly for the men at the conference.                              Luke 15: 20

Live under the Father’s gaze.

I enjoy watching you grow up. You are worthy. Let me lift up your heads. Turn your face towards me and be radiant. Look into my eyes; let your face not be abashed. Do not be ashamed in my presence. I have taken you shame away. I am full of mercy, love and compassion, which are welling up within you. Open the dam and let it flow out.

At the end of the session we were led to impart the Father’s love to all who wanted to receive it.

Saturday

Prophecies from Morning Intercessions.

Summary

Today the prophetic message was seen in what was happening in the prayer time as well as through specific prophetic words.

Press in in praise. The River of God’s Love is pouring over the conference. It got deeper and deeper – out of our depth in his love, as he washed and cleansed the site.

Keep pressing in when we go home also. This means allowing the Lord to transform and mould us. Persevere in this interior transformation. It is an interior battle. DO NOT BE AFRAID  it is the Lord himself who is training us in this interior spiritual battle. He wants us to have no idols of foreign gods, but  to  remain under the Lordship of Jesus so that we will inherit the land and receive all the blessings.  Keep fighting, keep running and you will win the prize of union with the Lord – For only in God is my soul at rest.

The Lord led us into an extended time of praise and worship. The Lord had us go beyond what we would normally do.  Whenever we wanted to stop He kept saying,’ Don’t stop, keep going’.

Picture:

Jesus, enthroned, receiving our praise. He is pleased with it. He loves it. His arms are open wide to receive our praise in heaven.

The Spirit caused a prayer to rise up in us for the Lord to come, for more of him, for more fire, for revival – your kingdom come Oh Lord, your will be done, Lord, on earth as it is in heaven.

Prayer: Lord expand us that we might go deeper and receive more of you. It’s you we want Jesus, let you holy presence come down.

As we praised Jesus the river of God’s love began to flow out over the conference. It was shallow at first but got deeper and deeper until the whole site was being washed in a deep flood of the river of God’s love. The Lord opened the floodgates of heaven and saturated us with His holy presence.

Several people confirmed the river flowing out.

Psalm 135 – As we prayed this over the conference by singing this psalm out as a responsorial psalm, the river of God’s love flowed more and more powerfully. (I have highlighted sections which resonated with words already given)

Response:   for his Love endures forever

Oh give thanks to the Lord for he is good,          for his Love endures forever

Give thanks to the God of gods                             for his Love endures forever

Give thanks to the Lord of lords                            for his Love endures forever

Who alone has wrought marvellous works    for his Love endures forever

Whose wisdom it was made the skies                 for his Love endures forever

Who fixed the earth firmly on the seas                for his Love endures forever

It was he who made the great lights                     for his Love endures forever

The Sun to rule in the day                                     for his Love endures forever

The Moon and the stars in the night                    for his Love endures forever

The firstborn of the Egyptians he smote              for his Love endures forever

He brought Israel out from their midst             for his Love endures forever

Arm outstretched, with power in his hand      for his Love endures forever

He divided the Red Sea in two                           for his Love endures forever

He made Israel pass through the midst,          for his Love endures forever

He flung Pharaoh and his force in the sea,     for his Love endures forever

Through the desert his people he led,                 for his Love endures forever

Nations in their greatness he struck                    for his Love endures forever

Kings in their splendour he slew,                         for his Love endures forever

Sihon king of the Amorites,                                               for his Love endures forever

And Og, the king of Bashan                                  for his Love endures forever

He let Israel inherit their land                              for his Love endures forever

On his servant their land he bestowed            for his Love endures forever

He remembered us in our distress                        for his Love endures forever

And he snatched us away from our foes         for his Love endures forever

He gives food to all living things,                          for his Love endures forever

To the God of heaven give thanks                       for his Love endures forever

A time of silence was followed by people sharing what the Lord had shown them.

My Love is deeper than the deepest river.

Picture: Salmon swimming and leaping. Going up stream to the source.

This is saying to keep pressing in to Jesus the source.

For every step you take towards me I will take 100 towards you. As you draw near to me, my light will shine out around you.

Press in, press in to the Lord, like the woman with the haemorrhage who pressed in through the crowd (Luke 8: 43- 48) so that she could touch Jesus and be healed. In pressing in and touching Jesus, the darkness is  driven out.

The Potter and the Clay:  The Lord remoulds the clay when it goes wrong.

But the vessel he (the potter) was making came out wrong, as may happen with clay when a potter is at work. So he began again and shaped it into another vessel, as he thought fit.      Then the word of the Lord came to me as follows, ‘House of Israel, can I not do to you what this potter does? The Lord demands. Yes, like clay in the potter’s hand, so you are in mine, House of Israel.                                                                                     (Jeremiah 18 : 4- 6)

Prayer: You kingdom come, Your will be done  (We are saying ‘Yes’ to the Lords will to mould us)

The Lord is encouraging us to press into him in our lives, so that anything not of his kingdom is driven out.

Picture: A temple filled with light. I was at the back and felt pushed forward. I kept moving forwards.

To remain in the Land, have no idols and you will receive the blessings and inheritance that the Lord has for you.

Song:

Only in God will my soul find rest,

In him is my salvation.

He alone is my rock, my strength,

From Him comes my salvation.

My  stronghold, my saviour,

I will not be afraid at all,

My stronghold, my Saviour,

I shall not be move.  (John Michael Talbot)

I am a jealous God, rid yourself of all foreign gods, for I am a jealous God. I am a merciful Father. Take up your armour. Raise your hands in praise and honour, for there is an urgency. My heart is full of mercy and love for all of you. I love all of you.

When my soul was growing ever weaker, Lord, I remembered you, and my prayer reached you in your holy temple. Some abandon their faithful love by worshiping false gods, but I shall sacrifice to you with songs of praise.

The vow I have made I shall fulfil! Salvation comes from the Lord.

          (Jonah 2: 8 – 10)

And in Moab, I shall make an end, the Lord declares of anyone offering sacrifice on the high places and anyone offering incense to his gods.

         (Jer 48:35)

The Lord is training us in the spiritual battle, the need to persevere, the inner transformation as we press in to him. He is faithful to us.

Psalm 144 : Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle, my faithful love, my bastion, my fortress, my saviour; I shelter behind him, my shield, he makes the people submit to me…..

Forget what’s behind, run the race to the finish. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.

I have fought the good fight to the end; I have run the race to the finish; I have kept the faith; all there is to come for me now is the crown of uprightness which the Lord, the upright judge will give to me on that Day; and not only to me but to all those who have longed for his appearing.          (2 Tim 4: 7 -8)

Do you not realise that, though all the runners in the stadium take part in the race, only one of them gets the prize? Run like this – to win.        (I Cor 9: 24)
